How We Built Data Day Labor

Data Day Labor is a Human Data Ops layer for AI: matching teams that need judgment with assessed experts, without pretending every task is “magic AI.”

Stack

Cloudflare Workers with server-rendered marketing pages (readable without JavaScript), a React SPA shell for workspace/marketplace flows, and portfolio billing where credits apply.

Product boundaries

We ship real services pages, trust and fair-pay framing, and pilot intake—not empty SPA shells for legal or story routes. Evaluation content stays under client agreements; we do not train public models on customer data without written consent.

Shipping

We iterate on marketplace dual-sided flows (earn / hire), rubrics, and library depth. For the Hacker News-style launch note, see Show HN.
