Terms of Service
Last updated: July 24, 2026. These terms describe the product as currently offered; they do not promise future features.
Agreement
By using Data Day Labor (marketplace, pilot forms, workspace tools, or public pages), you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
What we provide
Data Day Labor matches AI teams with assessed human judgment for evaluation, red teaming, expert review, and related Human Data Ops work. Public pages explain services and pricing; operational delivery may be scoped in a separate statement of work or pilot agreement.
Acceptable use
- Use the service only for lawful business purposes.
- Do not submit illegal content, malware, or material you lack rights to share.
- Do not attempt to scrape private workspaces, reverse worker access, or overload the platform.
- Minimize PII in evaluation datasets unless a written agreement covers handling.
Experts and clients
Independent experts act as contractors, not employees of Data Day Labor, unless a written agreement says otherwise. Clients remain responsible for their own compliance (export control, privacy, model-risk policies).
No professional advice
Site content, rubrics, and sample outputs are operational tools—not legal, medical, financial, or safety certifications. You remain responsible for how you use evaluation results.
Billing
Paid pilots and credit purchases may route through portfolio billing (RiskFreeTrial). Refunds follow the published refund policy on those surfaces when used.
